    Position Summary

    Produce a high quality retread by performing specific assigned retreading tasks per specifications and time standards.


    Must be able to learn to drive a Fork lift

    Must be able to work in a noisy, hot and dusty work environment

    Must be able to repetitiously Pick Up, Pull, Push or Shove product 80 Lbs or more

    Will need to be able to learn work procedures and operate Wheel Blaster, Powder Application, Curing oven and Lifts.

    Must maintain quality product to specifications and meet production goals set by Management.

    Must be a team player and practice all safety procedures

    Must be able to keep track of production daily
    Must be able to operate hand tools as trained

    Problem solving skills are a must

    Must maintain a clean work environment

    Must be able to perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment

    Other duties as assigned by Management



    • This position will require lifting up to 150 lbs on an occasional to frequent basis depending upon the availability of hydraulic lifting equipment.
    • Repetitive and sustained exertions, forceful exertions, awkward postures, mechanical stress concentrations, vibrations in an environment that includes machinery noise, dust and exposure to heat.
    • Exposure to various chemicals used in cleaning, lubrication, etc.
    • 100+ pounds of pressure when pushing tires.
